Introduction of steel coil pallet for 20' long standard container

 

We fit our coiled steel pallet to the standard container, which can form a new type of transportation program. After arriving, pallets can be removed separately from the standard container and be sent back alone, then the standard containers left can be used to undertake other goods.

Loading processes :

?  Firstly, pack steel coils.

?  Then place steel coils in grooves which have cushioning pads on them, to form a mechanical equilibrium by both sides of grooves and the gravity of steel coils, so there is no need to add any other reinforcement.

?  Push the pallet into container.

?  Bolt the pallet with container, close the door.

?  Lift the entire container into open wagon, platform wagon by crane. Operation completed.
